Founded in 2019, Jesse has led MINT Construction to becoming one of the leaders in renovation and affordable housing development in Washington DC surrounding areas. Starting in the real estate industry in 2009, following in his fathers investing goals, Jesse was successful brokering both residential and commercial deals internationally building a strong investor pool all over the World. Now teaming up with Green Castle Development, they plan to take affordable housing to new levels across the globe. Bringing knowledge, luxury and home ownership to the same communities he was raised in.

With a background in small town development and investing, David quickly adapted to big city business. With over 30 years experience, David has moved through the DC metro area leaving his mark has one of the top land infrastructure developers in the area. He has impressed many as a forward thinker and excellent communicator. David also spearheads most of our companies charity events and non-profit out reach.
Chief Marketing Officer
Graduating from San Diego State with a Marketing and Business Development degree, Sarah has become well rounded in all facets of the Brand marketing industry. With top tier marketing campaigns that have brought on new investors, Sarah has made a name for herself with spacious and well executed designs. Recently becoming an instructor at her alma mater, along with her community service, Sarah has proven to become the face of Green Castle an a positive asset to the community.
Starting with a small set of apartment buildings, we have grown to residential and commercial high rises in our cities downtown. We provide everything from leasing and property management to legal support.
